Changes in fashion from 1850 to 2009!!!!!!

Fashion (directly from dictionary) refers to the styles and customs prevalent at a given time. In its most common usage, "fashion" exemplifies the appearances of clothing, but the term encompasses more. Many fashions are popular in many cultures at any given time. Important is the idea that the course of design and fashion will change more rapidly than the culture as a whole.

Just think that if in a little more than 50 years all those changes have occurred... How is fashion going to be in 2050? All dressed up in white and gray, and flying from one planet to another like in the movies? Or… New fabrics are going to be invented, fabrics that you won’t have to wash, or will make you look prettier…

Will find out in 2050… If we get there!

Advertising? How can we call peoples attention?

Advertising is a form of communication that typically attempts to persuade potential customers to purchase or to consume more of a particular brand of product or service. Many advertisements are designed to generate increased consumption of those products and services through the creation and reinforcement of "brand image" and "brand loyalty".

Nowadays the only way to call peoples attention is by making aggressive and impacting ads? People watch too many ads during the day, on TV (1 hr per movie), on the street, in any building or bus... And the only way to make them remember the it is by doing harsh publicity.

Vogue is a fashion and lifestyle magazine published in eighteen countries by Condé Nast Publications. Each month, Vogue publishes a magazine addressing topics of fashion, life and design.

It's probably one of the most famous magazines in the world, the one that sells most copies, the most influential and most criticized.

When it was launched in the USA, in 1892 whose themes were fashion, daily life and design. Over a hundred years later, this magazine is now published in several languages and in such distant countries as India, Japan, Russia, Greece or China, shhowing luxury, style and social life.
